WORKOUTS ON LIGHT & HEAVY BAGS

Learn how to deliver punches, kicks and elbows to the bag with power and skill. Sometimes your positioning to the bag is too close or too far away to strike with balance and coordination. This clinic will help you correct these difficulties.

LEARNING A HOOK KICK

Sometimes you may witness someone demonstrating certain techniques in martial arts that look impressive but difficult to learn.A Hook Kick is likely to be one of those techniques. Calasanz will demonstrate the proper way to perform a Hook Kick - it may look difficult to do, but it is not. Anyone who is a green belt and above should come to this seminar.

AMERICAN BOXING

It is important to understand the Calasanz’s System of Boxing together with American Boxing. This particular seminar is an excellent demonstration in boxing techniques and philosophy; and a great way for you to improve coordination, balance and endurance! Beneficial for students of all levels.
