First 12 Weeks

You’ll be getting in shape! The Calasanz body conditioning system will physically prepare you for entering Fight Club I ... focusing on building:
• strength
• endurance
• flexibility
• stamina
as you master the exercises in Calasanz “Creating the Body You Want” book.

Drills, floor exercises, use of light hand and leg weights, stretching and stance work are also incorporated into this 12 week program.
